DBKA is one of the largest county associations and claims to be the oldest in the world.  It was created in 1797 as the Western Apiary Society.

In North Devon Branch, we have some 130 members, mostly located around the Bideford and Barnstaple area, but with a fair number spread around the rest of North Devon.
